Primary Care · Telemedicine
Sometimes a good question deserves a same-day answer.
Telemedicine isn’t a replacement for a house call — it’s a companion to it. For patients we already know, a short video visit is often the fastest way to sort out a new symptom, a medication question, or a family concern.
When telemedicine fits
- A quick check-in on a new symptom that isn’t urgent.
- Reviewing lab or imaging results together.
- Adjusting a medication after a recent change.
- A family meeting when adult children live out of town.
How it works
- Secure video link sent by text or email — no app to install.
- Works on any phone, tablet, or laptop with a camera.
- A staff member can help set up the first visit if that’s useful.
- Notes and any prescriptions handled the same day, the same way.
